When it all began...
In 2016, American Express wanted to rethink its BtoB relationship program. FOVE, named 2 years in a row Relationship Marketing Agency of the year at the Grand Prix of the same name, was chosen to accompany American Express.
How did FOVE contribute to enhancing customer proximity via the brand's BtoB communications?
The first step was to conduct a full audit of American Express's customer relationship on the BtoB. We conducted quantitative and qualitative studies (customer focus groups), conducted and updated a benchmark of market best practices and analyzed target behaviors.
The second year brought about the design and deployment of a new relational strategy, which included more consistency in the design of all BtoB materials. A few examples of productions: print campaigns, motion design, e-mails and newsletters, packaging, mini sites, etc.
Nearly 5 years later, we are proud to continue to support American Express France and American Express Europe with the production of video content.
